How do I find ALL the Public-View Photos belonging to a Member?

Do a search to view the Profile of the Member and click on Public-View Photos.

When browsing the Public-View Photos of the Member, you can:

- View a high resolution version of a photo by clicking on the thumbnail photo.

- Read comments posted by other members on any photo by clicking on

- Post your comments on any photo by clicking on

- Rate any photo by clicking on

- Put any photo in your Public-View Photo Folder by clicking on

- The system always lists the most recent photos first.

How do I view Private-View Photos of a Member?

Do a search to view the Profile of the Member and click on Private-View Photos.

When browsing the Private-View Photos of the Member, you can:

- View a high resolution version of a photo by clicking on the thumbnail photo.

- Read comments posted by other members on any photo by clicking on

- Post your comments on any photo by clicking on

- Rate any photo by clicking on

- Put any photo in your Private-View Photo Folder by clicking on

- The system always lists the most recent photos first.

How do I get started?

1) Create your Profile by clicking on Register on the menu.

2) Start uploading your photos (JPEG or GIF format with a maximum size of 600 pixels by 600 pixels) by going to:

- Create-->My Photos, make sure you choose the Photo Type (Public-View Photos or Private-View Photos). While preparing your photo for upload, you can enter comments to be associated with the photo.

- If the order in which your photos appear is important, please note the the system always list photos in the "first uploaded - last displayed" order.

- We recommend that you also upload a picture of you and set it as a Public-View Photo and tag it as a Primary Photo. This way, when a user search for you, your name and Primary photo will be displayed.

How many pictures can I publish?

The number of pictures you can upload onto our server depends on two factors: the average size of your pictures (generally it varies between 30 KB and 100 KB depending on the resolution, the amount of information on the picture and the JPEG compression ratio used) and the disk space allocated to you (we currently give 5M of free disk space per member).

What if I exceed my disk quota?

You may choose to upgrade your plan by purchasing additional disk space (send your request to info@ad-photography.com) or you have to delete some pictures to free up some disk space before uploading your new pictures.

Can I change my pictures once they are published?

You can update at will the metadata (information associated with a picture) of any one of your photos, but you cannot simply swap a picture with another one and keep the same metadata. You must delete any picture that you want to replace with a newer version and re-enter the information associated with this new version of the picture.

How do I update or delete my Photos?

Go to Update-->My Photos then click on the Reference Number of the Photo that you want to update, or on next to the photo you want to DELETE.
